“By age three, 90% of a child’s brain is developed.”

HANDS is a voluntary program for new and expectant parents regardless if you are a first time parent or not.  Individualized educational information and resources are provided via a health department HANDS home visitor. All visits are scheduled by the parent. Participant rewards are available to those who enroll and actively participate in the HANDS program.
