HANDS Moving Beyond Depression

Healthy Babies are worth the wait, Kentucky!

Did you know that prematurity is the number one cause of newborn death? Did you know that 1 out of every 7 Kentucky babies are born prematurely? Although prematurity cannot always be prevented, there is a website devoted to the possible causes of prematurity and ways to decrease your risk of delivering your baby early. “Healthy Babies” is a joint project between the March of Dimes, Johnson & Johnson Pediatric Institute and the Kentucky Department for Public Health.
